Fee structure
The fee for a 50+ minute consultation is $215, which is payable at the end of the session.
You do not require a GP referral to access psychological services; however if you are being managed by a GP under a mental health care plan, you are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $141.85 for up to ten sessions in a calendar year.
If you plan to see a psychologist without a GP generated mental health care plan, you may be eligible for a rebate if you have private health 'extras' cover.
As a one hour time slot is allocated for each client a cancellation policy is in place. Cancellations received within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend without notice, may incur a $100 cancellation fee.
